From the National Banger Committee:

The National Banger Scrutineers have noticed a trend recently of Safety Harnesses only being attached on three mounting points. This is where the shoulder straps are only attached to one mounting point which is in direct contravention of the National Banger 2021 rules.

All shoulder straps must be mounted to individual mountings-ie one mounting point per strap. As this is something not easily changed on race day, drivers are advised to check their harness mountings and get them corrected if necessary. Kit suppliers should not sell roll cages with only one mounting point.
