The Oval Racing Council has announced that a deal to improve marketing and sponsorship opportunities for short oval motor racing, has been completed.
The Oval Racing Council (ORC), recently set in motion a three year strategy, aimed at putting the whole of short oval motor racing on a stronger footing with regards to Health & Safety matters.
